Organize User Profile Fields

Prerequisites

  • An administrator account for the site. Administrators have full permissions to the specific site.

Steps

  1. Go to Persona Bar > Settings > Site Settings.

  2. Go to the Site Behavior tab, and then the User Profiles subtab.

    Site Behavior > User Profiles

  3. To rearrange the order of the fields as they appear in the user profile page, use the arrows for that field.

    Site Settings > Site Behavior > User Profiles > User Profile Fields > Reorder

  4. To group the fields into separate tabs in the user profile page, edit the fields and assign the same Property Category for fields that should be together.

    The Property Category also becomes the label for the tab.

    Site Settings > Site Behavior > User Profiles > User Profile Fields > Edit Field > Property Category

    Fields with the same Property Category are grouped in the same tab in the user's profile page.
